New Doll With A Green Face

My new doll will have a green face. I painted it a really weird and hard to match green. Above are two possibilities. I like the look of the batik but I see the bottom one with the bubbles as a possible mermaid?

Green is a tricky colour too as when someone looks green in the face, it is associated with sickness.
I've tried to make my girl look healthy. :)

I like both fabrics. There is something earthy and organic about the first one, and I can see mermaid with the second. Green faces are also associated with the Wicked Witch of the West, but I didn't think that when I saw the face.

She's ecologically sound! A leaf sprite, maybe? I like the mermaid idea.

Having just read "Wicked", the green face reminded me of her ... but not ugly as the author had us imagine. Nice work Sis!!

Hi Inga These look great I love the first one. Their faces don't look sick lol their eyes are to bright. I look at the patterns and I see mermaid and Lizard? Belinda

The batik background matches the face best.

Miss you Kid!

Green is my favorite color, so I love them both, but I think I favor the first one just a little bit more.

I really like the face too!
