This is the beginning of a new project. I have the body cut out as well and when I put the two together, I thought "this looks like a bird to me". Now I have to figure out a clever way to make bird legs. :)
Yes! She definitely does have the feel and look of a bird. Wrapped pipe cleaners come to mind for the legs. You could wrap them in sparkly silver yarn with a contrasting purple sparkle yarn. Just a thought.
