Hubby and I had a wonderful vacation with many memories to sustain us until we visit Estonia again, likely in three years. On the way home, we spent a little time in Stockholm. What a great city. Next time, we promised ourselves we would spend more time in Sweden.
I bought a "masqot" in Sweden. The information brochure that came with the piece states the following: "Inspired by ancient sagas and mythology, Mats Jonasson has created his own series of miniature masqot "spirits" in crystal." Mine is called Mazzai - Protector of equality and cultural diversity. I don't have any particular interest in the mythologies. I just liked what I saw and wanted to add to my "face" collection.
Below is what I brought home.

Glad you are home safely. I love traveling and when I get home I am so happy to be safe with my memories intact. I just know you were inspired by all of the art you saw in Estonia and Stockholm.
Inga, I'm glad you had a good trip -- and what a wonderful art piece you've got!
